Presentation: Challenges of Proper Tinning

“Challenges of Proper Tinning” reviews the fundamental process required to properly tin parts robotically. This includes understanding of the component and how the component needs to be processed, best process flow methods, and minimizing the exposure of the component body to flux. Through the VersaCell, we will review the “Black Art” that is required.
